🍓 Game concept

A fruit, or any other custom object, moves back and forth at the top of the game window.

Viewers can make the fruit drop by using a command in the chat.
When a fruit touches an identical fruit, they merge to create a bigger fruit.

The bigger the merged fruits become, the more points they are worth.

The goal?
Create the biggest merges possible… without crossing the limit line !

💬 Live chat interaction

Ballance works in real time with chats from :

• Twitch

• TikTok

• Kick

Viewers play by sending a customizable command such as : !go, !start, !play.

These commands can be fully modified by the streamer.

Each player earns points individually while also contributing to the global channel score.

💎 Option: Twitch Channel Points

The streamer can enable the “Use Channel Points”.

In this case :

• Viewers must use a Twitch reward to play.

• Commands can no longer be typed freely in the chat.

• This prevents cheating.

A mini tutorial is available to explain how to configure custom Twitch rewards.

⚙️ Installation and setup

1. Enter at least one of the following :

   • Twitch username

   • or TikTok username

   • or Kick username

2. For Twitch: generate a secure token.

3. Click “Generate a new link”.

4. Copy the link and add it to an OBS browser source.

And that’s it.

⚠️ Platform compatibility

The game is developed primarily for Twitch.

TikTok and Kick compatibility is functional, but relies on unofficial modules.
It therefore cannot be guaranteed 100%.

Credits and inspirations

Ballance is an original game developed for FantasyStore / Flicky Fantasy.
It is inspired by puzzle and ball-stacking mechanics, adapted here for live streaming with chat participation,
merging, scoring, visual customization, and rankings.

The game code is based on a JavaScript/Canvas implementation specific to the Flicky Fantasy project.

Socket.IO is used for real-time communication between the server, the live platforms,
and the game display.
